Pool progress…

Today the landscaping around the pool was completed and it is looking good. You still need a lot of imagination to see what it will look like in a couple of years.

A large bag of grass seed was spread over the bare earth in the hope of creating a temporary bonded surface until the paving is done.

We also built a temporary patio area for use this summer (you have to wait until the ground has settled before building the final patio areas). It might not be great, but what do you expect in a couple of hours!

Unfortunately the pool liner was not installed as the weather wasn’t suitable – you need 2 hours of warm sunshine and today we had April showers.
