The bathroom…..

As if I didn’t have enough to do this week the bathroom is also undergoing a bit of a makeover. The first task was to install new lights which involved moving an existing cable. Now I should have known better but I thought the walls were studwork so merrily started bashing them around and only when I saw light from the other side (our bedroom) did I reaslise that the wall is just 5cm thick blocks! You cant really tell in this picture but half of the channel on the left hand side of the picture goes all the way through the wall!
