Happy Anniversary!

It is one year to the day that we became owners of our farmhouse!

We opened a bottle of Chablis in celebration (6 Euros from the local supermarket), and a picture of us sitting around the dinner table was taken. Unfortunately a gremlin seems to have got into the system and I can’t load the pictures onto the computer otherwise you would see my smiling face below. Now come to think of it you are better off that way !

Jobs today included fitting a heated towel rail in the bathroom, installing a new LNB on the satellite dish and running a second down lead from the dish to the SKY box (all this so we – the kids in reality – can record one channel while watching another) and general clearing up of leaves etc outside.

Pictures when/if I fix the camera problem.

26/10 – camera problem update – turns out the SD card was corrupt, had to reformat it so lots of photos lost…. luckily nothing very important. Do have some .CHK files so may be able to recover them with a suitable utility.
